ノウゼンカズラは、中国原産で日本には平安時代に渡来したそうです。
私の自宅前の庭のノウゼンカズラは満開で、毎年8月中旬ごろまで見られます。

Campsis grandiflora was brought over from China at the time of  the Heian period in Japan.
They are now in full bloom at the front garden of my house, and can be seen until around mid-August every year.

あじさい寺として有名な奈良の矢田寺には、60種類、10,000株の紫陽花が植えられています。



Yatadera Temple is very famous for Hydrangea Flowers and there are 60 kinds, 10,000 stumps in there.
